Description
In proposal #25 18,000 ALTHEA where assiged to fund the first month of incentives. Due to a design issue with native token incentives it wasn't possible to create an incentive program after sending funds to the incentives contract. A new implemetnation of the incentives contract has been deployed at https://explorer.althea.link/address/0x0Bd052f170f567bA672BD4613f0Bb743CcD099dA . This proposal if passed will transfer the already allocated amount to the new contract.
